An emerging manufacturing company based in Bradford are now recruiting for a highly skilled Finance Director.

This is a new appointment as the business enters expanding markets, with a focus on both acquisitions and organic growth. This will make the role challenging and hands-on, particularly to begin with. It will involve ensuring the best systems are in place, the team is fully trained, and working practices are being promoted effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with the senior management team on business growth strategy
• Setting KPIs, systems and procedures to support planned growth
• Preparing business appraisals for future projects
• Monitoring revenue and profitability
• Developing the finance team

This is both a challenging and a rewarding role for a candidate with energy, experience, dynamism and first-class people skills.

To be considered, you will need to be a fully qualified accountant, with great hands-on experience of improving financial systems and processes, coaching and developing a team, and working closely with senior team leaders to promote best practice throughout the business.
