An innovative business is seeking a part time Finance Director due to a period of significant growth.
Reporting into the MD of the business, a strong track-record in managing the process of change and advising on innovative and effective solutions is vital.

Main duties:
• Leading a finance team of 10-12 people
• Acting as the primary contact for finance matters both internally and externally
• Building exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders and the leadership team across the business
• Implementing effective finance processes to successfully enable further business growth
• Working with the leadership to develop a 3-year growth plan

An ability to inspire and motivate are the key qualities demanded for this role, and as such it would suit an experience FD with a fresh mind-set.
