Our client, a high-tech innovative engineering company, is seeking a commercial and strategically minded CFO / COO with a broad scope of responsibilities to support the Board and drive growth. Responsibilities include:

Smooth running of Finance, Legal, IT, Quality Systems, General Facilities, and oversight of Low Volume Manufacturing
Leadership and development of all teams within your remit
Co-ordination and reporting of financial and commercial activities to the Board
Reviewing existing IT systems and processes, making recommendations and implementing changes for operational improvement
Create robust business and control processes to reflect best practice
Maintenance, review and negotiation of contracts
Drive the business forward to the next phase of its growth journey

Experience required:

Degree and ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior finance role as Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer for a company or division, combined with recent broader commercial experience
