Our client is a growing organisation within the pharmaceutical sector. After enjoying a positive past 12 months, this dynamic company are now looking to grow their team with the addition of a talented interim Finance Director.

The role

Running for an initial 9 months with the potential to extend beyond this, this fantastically varied role will see the successful candidate playing an active part in the development of this company during a key time in its growth.

Working alongside an entrepreneurial MD, the right candidate will provide sound advice on business strategy, contributing to plans to drive turnover upwards by 25% over the next 12 months, and increase profitability.

Naturally, the position will involve a variety of project work to streamline the finance function through upskilling the team and assessing/ improving systems and processes.

This role will include a great mix of people management and project work, and impeccable interpersonal and communications skills are essential.

The person

Our client are looking for an energetic, dynamic interim Finance Director with a strong track record in adding tangible value within a short space of time.

Candidates must be fully qualified, with a minimum of 4-years post qualification experience in a similar role. An ability to lead and inspire, innovate and persuade at all levels is essential.
