FD Recruit have another Part Time Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Somerset based client – handled by our South West Team.

A regionally recognised charity require an experienced part time Finance Director based in Somerset.
The role is a pivotal one within the group and will play a significant part in the future direction of the organisation. The next 12 months will be critical for the organisation as they look to expand reach and awareness across the UK. With this in mind, the focus of this role will be to support future growth and to develop the finance function to effectively support business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the finance department
• Overseeing financial processes to ensure consistency
• Achievement of annual budgets and forecasts
• Working closely with organisational leaders to develop and drive strategy
• Producing regular, in-depth reports to the board
• Setting and achieving key business KPIs in line with organisational strategy

This demanding role requires an accountant with at least 4 years’ experience in financial management.
Due to the nature of the role, and the culture of this ambitious organisation, applicants must have a full understanding of the charity sector, an ability to work under pressure to deliver first-class results and a positive, can-do attitude.
