Our client, an SME retail & e-commerce business, requires an immediately available Finance Director for approximately 3 months to support the business in improving its profitability position. This will require detailed FP&A analysis, profitability analysis, business evaluation and also providing solutions and improvements.

The successful candidate will be:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experienced Finance Director
• Proven experience in a sub £20M turnover SME, ideally in retail and e-commerce
• Hands-On approach and technically strong
• Experience improving business profitability and performing detailed relevant analyses and offering solutions/improvements
• Immediately available

The successful candidate will have all of the above attributes and experience, and will be immediately available. The business is based in Hertfordshire but it is possible this role could be remote.
