FD Recruit have another Part Time Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Warrington based client – handled by our North West Team.

A great opportunity has arisen for an influential Finance Director within a growing distribution business based in Warrington on a part time basis, 3 days a week.

The past 12 months have seen the business reach an impressive turnover of £15m. Now the company is looking to expand its national reach, and this has created a need for a talented FD to revolutionise the finance function, while actively contributing to business strategy.

Working alongside an entrepreneurial leadership team, this role will involve:

• Managing the finance team, with 3 direct reports
• Owning the regional budgeting process
• Forecasting and re-forecasting on a regular basis
• Providing insightful financial analysis, insight and recommendations
• Ensuring the group leaders have all relevant information in a timely and accurate fashion
• Driving forward financial system and process improvements

Due to the varied and fast-paced nature of this role, candidates must have a wealth of experience in team leadership, advising on high level business strategy and building great and influential relationships.

Candidates must be fully qualified accountants with a track record of making a real impact in a similar role within a short space of time and at least 3-years post qualification experience.
