FD Recruit have another exciting Finance Director vacancy for a South London based client – handled by our South East Team.

THE COMPANY

This very successful, growing Airport services, cargo and handling SME is seeking a first time Finance Director. The company is expanding with new operations imminent and requires a hands on, commercial Finance Director.

THE POSITION

An all round Finance Director position, reporting to CEO, responsibilities include:

• management and statutory reporting, consolidation
• managing a small team
• budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, cashflow management
• tax
• input to business, strategy and commercial projects, new sites and operations
• As part of the management and leadership team, liaison with commercial and operations management.

THE CANDIDATE

The position requires a qualified accountant with Finance Director or senior Financial Controller experience. There is a strong preference for airport / airline experience or strongly related. You should have a robust personality, with strong technical accounting and commercial skills and be interested in joining a growing multi-million SME in the airport / airline sector.
