FD Recruit have another Part Time Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Stockport based client – handled by our North West Team.

Our client is a rapidly growing SME within the construction sector who due to several recent contract wins are now seeking a Part-Time Finance Director. The initial focus for the role is to help the business manage the cashflow to fund the additional forthcoming work in progress.

Duties:

Advising the MD on key business decisions
Providing insightful reporting on risk management and business opportunity
Responsibility for budgets and forecasting
Review current and future financing requirements
Ensure most effective methods of finance are being utilised
Business process review and recommendations

The person:

Fully Qualified Finance Director (Essential)
Experience of contracting / construction sector (Essential)
Experience with SME businesses
A proven track record as a Portfolio FD

The ability to put forward challenging, innovative ideas and build exceptional relationships at all levels, both internally and externally is also essential.
