FD Recruit have another Part Time Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Guildford based client – handled by our South East Team.

Our client, a service sector business going through a period of change, is currently shortlisting for the position of Finance Director. This role is on a part-time basis of 2 days per week (or monthly equivalent), and is based in Guildford, Surrey.

As the part-time FD you will have a varied range of duties and responsibilities. These will include the provision of oversight to all aspects of financial strategy, both in the long and short terms. You will also be responsible for the accurate and timely supply of financial information to the board and stakeholders, and advise the company on compliance and risk matters. In addition the successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership and support to the Finance and Executive teams.

The successful applicant for this position will have a strong accountancy background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), experience of developing accounting teams, and a track record of delivering sound financial strategy. This role has an excellent daily rate of £450-550 and will suit an experienced portfolio FD with a background in the manufacturing sector.
