FD Recruit have another interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Lowestoft based client – handled by our South East Team.

A growing leisure firm based in Lowestoft, Norfolk are recruiting for a skilled finance director to join their team on an interim basis of 6-9 months with the potential to extend further.
Recent changes within the company along with a positive growth in the past 12-months to a turnover of £35m has put the organisation in a strong position for future expansion and acquisition plans. As a direct report of the MD, this role will be demanding and hands-on, requiring a dynamic and enthusiastic FD with previous experience of working in an interim capacity.
Duties:

• Driving and advising on business strategy
• Developing the current finance team, consisting of a finance manager and a finance assistant
• Assessing and improving current finance systems and processes
• Developing strong working relationships with team leaders
• Building relationships with stakeholders

This role is best suited to a personable, driven FD with a great ability to influence at all levels. Candidates must be fully qualified accountants, with at least 4-years post qualification experience
