THE POSITION

A key all round technical and commercial Finance Director position and member of the management team.

Responsibilities include:

• management and leadership of the finance team and liaison with the board, division and subsidiary management.
• management of management and statutory reporting
• group reporting and consolidation
• business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, analysis
• participation in monthly management meetings
• tax

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will need strong technical and commercial experience in a senior finance / finance director position, ideally in the media or technology sectors.

You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally chartered, ACA /CA with a good academic background.
