FD Recruit have another Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Manchester based client – handled by our North West Team.

Our client are a leading supplier of services to the Public Sector who are looking for a proactive and commercially astute Finance Director to head up their Manchester based finance team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive key responsibilities include:

– Lead the finance team to ensure statutory compliance
– Ensure accurate accounting in relation to project agreements, subcontractor contracts and facilities
– Co-ordinate accounting in accordance to project revenue, cost and debt.
– Represent finance at all board meetings.
– Prepare project budgets and forecasts
– Development and Implementation of project risk assessment
– Liaise with tax advisors for year end taxation
– Manage shareholder relations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware Finance Director. To apply it is essential you are a fully qualified accountant with several years experience as an FD with knowledge of long term government contracts.
