A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Interim finance director at a dynamic facilities management firm.
Our client are a £25m turnover business with offices around the UK. A strong past 12 months through acquisitions of major new contracts has meant that the organisation are now in the position to look to new markets and consider putting ambitious growth plans in place. As a direct report to the CEO, this role will instigate change, build the capabilities of the current finance team and advise on business strategy at a senior level.

Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the CEO and senior staff members to implement business strategy
• Gaining an excellent working knowledge of all business units to assess challenges, pressure points and opportunities
• Developing the finance team
• Assessing and streamlining current financial systems and processes
• Raising the company’s profile with key stakeholders
