THE POSITION

An all round hands on to commercial business partnering Finance Director position. Responsibilities include:

• financial and management reporting
• manage small finance team
• cashflow and funding management
• construction projects financial management
• budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• ad hoc projects, finance related commercial initiatives and business partnering Managing Director

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates require a construction background (commercial or residential) ideally in an SME or midsize company or division of a larger group. You should be technically strong with a commercial outlook and robust rounded personality.
