FD Recruit have another interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a West London based client – handled by our South East Team.

6-9 MONTH CONTRACT £110-140K/ANUM

THE CHARITY

A developing and growing industrial skills charity going through transformation, reorganisation and change.

THE POSITION

This interim position covers the full finance director remit, reporting to the CEO and board. Responsibilities include:

• finance team leadership, financial reporting & control, manage outsourced finance.
• transformation and change projects.
• business partnering, commercial finance management, forecasting, budgeting, planning.
• board presentations.
• liaison with operations, board, advisers, bank, pension and investment managers
• reporting on investments
• charity regulation and governance
• some UK travel.

THE CANDIDATE

You should have good leadership and presentation skills, be proactive and outward focused, commercially minded and have charity and commercial finance director experience. In addition to strong technical accounting and commercial finance experience, transformation and change experience will be advantageous.
