Agrowing retail business are currently recruiting for a talented Finance Director looking for a new challenge.

Forming part of the senior management team, the successful candidate will be working closely with the CEO to drive business strategy. Day to day, you’ll be motivating a strong finance team, driving acquisitive and organic growth and streamlining financial processes.

Headline responsibilities will also include:

• Designing financial models
• Providing accurate and insightful reporting to the CEO and senior management team
• Developing financial policies and systems
• Building lasting and effective relationships with business stakeholders

This role demands an experienced professional with exceptional people management abilities. The onus is also on acting as a champion for change both within the finance team and among the wider company.

Although previous experience within a similar background is desirable, it is not essential, but candidates must be fully qualified accountants with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar, senior role.
