Sabre recruits CFO from Silicon Valley A leading global travel technology provider, Sabre Corporation, recently appointed a new chief financial officer from a Silicon Valley company. Sabre brought on managing data expert Doug Barnett in July 2018 to replace Rick Simonson, who previously announced his intention to retire as CFO this year. Simonsson helped with the transition by becoming a senior advisor to Sean Menke. With three decades worth of experience in finance, technology and operations, Mr Barnett previously worked as a CFO for global data management company Informatica and was also held CFO roles for TriZetto and UGS.
