FD Recruit have another Interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Southend based client – handled by our South East Team.

Our company is a well-established, privately backed company within the contracting sector. Due to retirement they are currently recruiting a Finance Director on an interim basis, to assist in developing the company’s financial capability, leading the finance team and offering strong financial planning and management.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced FD who can manage a varied and dynamic workload that will include management of the finance team, project accounting, preparation and report of accounts, and providing insight to new business initiatives.

This role requires commitment, enthusiasm and energy from the successful applicant with the ability to engage and motivate at all levels of a dynamic organisation. You will have a track record of operating successfully at senior levels-FC/FD, be fully versed in a range of IT and financial systems including Sage Line 50, HTM and Excel and be prepared to take a hands-on approach to the role. This is an interim position with the company offering a 6-7 month contract with an excellent daily rate of c£500.
