FD Recruit have another Interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Burnley based client – handled by our North West Office.

Our client, a cutting edge FMCG company, is recruiting an Interim Finance Director to lead immediate transformation and change– quickly and effectively.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Interim Finance Director will be a business partner the executive leadership team and provide all commercial and operations finance decision support to deliver on strategic plans. This will involve supporting organic and acquisitive growth and finance change management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the senior team to define, shape and implement the strategic plan.
• Leading and building a high performing team to report, analyse and challenge performance in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Partnering with the senior team to ensure consistency across all areas of financial reporting, planning and operational efficiency.
• Providing full commercial decision support for key investments and supporting integration of acquired businesses.

Applicants must be a qualified accountant with significant experience in a major FMCG business. You must have a track record of formulating and delivering strategy to achieve growth organically and through acquisition. You will have built, developed and led successful teams capable of consistently achieving reporting deadlines and offering full decision support in a complex, fast growing business. You will be capable of developing relationships across functions combined with a hands on approach to delivering corporate objectives.

The client is looking for a commitment of 12 months with a possibility to extend. In return, the successful candidate will receive an attractive ￡65K salary.
