FD Recruit have another interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Swindon (Wiltshire) based client – handled by our South West Team.

A unique opportunity has arisen for an interim finance director within a rapidly expanding technology firm. The role will be based at the Swindon head office.
Reporting into the company’s managing director, the role on offer is fast-paced and varied. The scope covers day-to-day running of the department as new members are brought in and developed, along with having a real input into business strategy as the company embarks on the next growth phase.
Duties will include:
• Developing the finance team
• Assessing current financial procedure and processes and implementing improvements
• Working alongside the MD and the leadership team on business strategy
• Building effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Providing regular reports to the management team and designing a robust reporting system
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on FD with a strong track-record of initiating change and developing financial functions to a first-class level. Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels is essential
