FD Recruit have another interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Weston-super-Mare based client – handled by our South West Team.

Our client are an established travel business based in the Weston-Super-Mare and due to an extremely successful year, they are now looking to recruit an interim finance director for a period of 9 months to help instigate change and drive growth.

A strong past 12 months has seen the company grow their turnover to £8m. This newly created role will report directly into the MD of the business, working as part of an inspiring and passionate leadership team and guiding and developing a small but talented finance department.

Duties:

• Assessing and implementing cost effective changes to financial systems
• Advising the MD on key business decisions
• Providing insightful reporting on risk management and business opportunity
• Preparing the annual accounts for audit
• Managing a team of 5
• Responsibility for budgets and forecasting
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
