FD Recruit have another interim CFO Job Vacancy for a London based client – handled by our South East Team.

This is an Interim Group CFO position for a growing international and private equity backed professional and management consultancy services group based in London. With global offices and several hundred employees, they are a sizeable £multi-million group.

THE POSITION

Working at board level with the management, this is an interim finance leadership position covering the full spectrum of financial and management control, commercial and strategic financial input across the business and its operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the finance function and team.
• Financial and management control including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis.
• Reporting on business performance to the board.
• Developing finance systems, processes and KPIs.
• Maintaining strong internal and external relationships and contact with investors, banks, operational management and board.
• Cashflow and working capital management.
• Strategic planning and projects as required.

THE CANDIDATE

For this position, private equity backed company experience at CFO/Finance Director level is required with growth company and international experience.

Experience in the professional services or management consultancy sector is strongly preferred.
