FD Recruit is shortlisting for the position of Finance Director on behalf of a leading service provider in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a growing market across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for all aspects of the company’s finance function and the successful financial management of the company.

This is a key role within the company and candidates will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of developing financial strategy to support growth, possess sound accounting skills, and have the confidence and gravitas to drive change and influence and motivate those around them.

Experience/Skills required:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
• Experience of international markets
• Technically and analytically strong
• Commercial awareness ideally gained within a private equity backed company
• Excellent communicator and influencer
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Able to see the ‘big picture’
• Able to work to tight and challenging deadline and targets

This is an excellent opportunity for and experienced Finance Director to join a thriving company with huge potential. This position will be based near Bath, Somerset and comes with a basic salary of £85k with the potential of equity within the company.
