FD Recruit have another Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Weston-Super-Mare based client – handled by our South West Team.

A leading leisure company requires a commercially aware and results orientated Finance Director to join their management team. Our client is a well-established company with a reputation for being at the leading edge of their industry. They are now looking to appoint an experienced FD to assume control of all aspects of the company’s finance function and provide analysis and critical insight to the strategic decision making process.
As the FD your duties will include the preparation of monthly, management and annual accounts, management and continued development of the finance team of 10, setting targets and performance measures for the finance team with regular review of achievement, monitoring business performance and cash flow, insurance and risk management, and working closely with senior management/CEO to formulate and analyse overall financial strategy.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced FD to lead the finance function of a company with a huge amount of potential. Our client is looking to appoint a fully qualified FD (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience gained in a senior finance role as FD. You will have a track record of personal and professional achievement, excellent management and communication skills, and a “can do” attitude that inspires others around you. This position comes with an attractive remuneration package that includes a basic salary of £100,000 with an excellent range of benefits and bonuses.
